...There isn’t one. * whomp whomp * The funny (annoying?) thing about most of the best things in life is that you’re never truly done working on them. Relationships require continual work and investment. Your health is not a ‘one and done’ deal. I can’t just eat 10 carrots one day and then eat cotton candy while lying on the couch every day thereafter. HA!
Simplifying your life works in much the same way. It’s a process that I am continually working on. Don’t get me wrong…I can look back on the last few years and see SO MUCH progress, but I know there is still so much I could be better about. I still have way too much stuff, my systems and routines could be more streamlined, and I could be a ton better about spending time doing things that matter rather than binge-watching Netflix/Hulu. #realtalk
If you feel like you’re in the same boat when it comes to simplifying, and would love some community to encourage you in the journey, I’ve got good news! I recently created a Facebook group called “Intentional Simplicity” with the goal of providing just that—a community of likeminded people who will encourage you in your journey to live a simpler life! Just search “Intentional Simplicity” (minus the quotes) on Facebook, or click HERE and I will add you to the group. Can’t wait to see you there!
