Relationships require continual work and investment. Your health is not a ‘one and done’ deal. I can’t just eat 10 carrots one day and then eat cotton candy while lying on the couch every day thereafter. HA!

Is it just me or does it seem totally crazy that it’s already OCTOBER?!?! Seriously, I’m over here buying my planner for 2017, wondering what happened to 2016? Crazy! I mentioned a few weeks ago when I posted my September Goals that I would give you a ‘progress update’ when I wrote about my October goals. Still trying to figure out the best way to do that, but for now, I just used a little copy + paste action with updates in parentheses (and checkmarks/X’s). Enjoy!
